Winning 16 seats will give TRS major say at Centre: Jogu Ramanna

Adilabad MLA Jogu Ramanna seeks votes for Nagesh in Jamdapur village of Adilabad rural mandal on Sunday 

Adilabad: Adilabad MLA Jogu Ramanna said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will have a major say at the Centre if TRS wins all the 16 MP seats in the State. Spearheading the campaign for TRS candidate from Adilabad Lok Sabha constituency G Nagesh, the former Minister for Forest and Environment said that within 4 and a half years, the TRS-led government has introduced numerous schemes for the welfare of people which has benefitted various sections of the society. He said that the State government implemented schemes such as Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, Kalyana Lakshmi, Aasara Pensions and others which has put the State on a global map.

Addressing the campaign rally, he asked the voters to elect Nagesh from Adilabad Lok Sabha seat for the continuing development of the district. He said that Adilabad had seen the conversion of State Highways into National ones and the long pending Armoor-Adilabad railway line became a reality with the sustained efforts of Nagesh. He said that the Chief Minister would also lay special focus on the district if the candidate was re-elected

Earlier, Ramanna was accorded a grand welcome by locals during the campaign rally. He was received by women carrying harati and the party activists danced to drum beats and songs. The MLA toured Jamdapur, Chanda (T), Shivghat, Kumbhajhari, Pedda Maleborigaon, Chinna Maleborigaon, KB Colony, Chinna Chinchughat, Chinchughat, Pandiriloddi and Ankapur villages of the mandal. He organised a door-to-door campaign in these villages and urged the residents to elect Nagesh once again.
