Hyderabad: The Indus Entrepreneurs Hyderabad on Wednesday announced the winners of TiE Hyderabad Agri-Biotech startup pitch that was held at the PJTS Agricultural University on Tuesday.
It has shortlisted 13 startups for the investor pitch out of the 27 applications it received and out of this Amravati-based Bodha, Hyderabad-based GoBhaarati incubated in Nutrihub of IIMR and UrbanKisaan incubated in NAARM A-Idea were declared winners.
The final round had six startups along with the winners including CropIQ incubated at SRIX Warangal, Vectrogen Biologicals incubated at BioNest in University of Hyderabad and SiriCrops from FIK e-commerce.
“We made a new beginning today, by creating a platform and helping Agri-Biotech startups to connect with leading investors, successful entrepreneurs and global Innovators, researchers from academia & students to network, collaborate, learn and succeed,” said Phani Pattamatta, executive director, TiE Hyderabad.
Bodha was awarded one year TiE Associate Membership fee, completely waived-off and the business models presented also attracted potential partnership interest by incubators, customers, and investors present at the event.
