Telangana BJP seeks apology from actor Balakrishna

Hyderabad: BJP floor leader in Legislative Assembly G Kishan Reddy on Saturday demanded apology from the Andhra Pradesh TDP legislator and actor N Balakrishna for using abusive language against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Speaking in a press conference at party office he said Balakrishna and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu were known for back stabbing and it was proved in many occasion. He alleged that Balakrishna played a key role in topple the NT Rama Rao’s government by mingling hands with Chandrbabu Naidu and other leaders.

He said it is not good for democracy to make such derogative speech in presence of constitutional heads and senior officials during the ‘Chandrababu Naidu Deeksha’ at Vijayawada. Reddy also found fault with the AP Chief Minister, “When Balakrishna is using abusive language against Prime Minister Babu instead of preventing him he enjoyed it, “ BJP leader said.

Kishan Reddy said never in the history of Chandrababu Naidu he didn’t won single election without the support of someone or other. He also questioned how can a Chief Minister, who took oath to protect the State can make a statement that he will not allow Central government vehicles in the State. He asked can Chandababu will stop of defence, CRPF, Navy, Vishaka port, steel plant and scientists vehicle to play in Andhra Pradesh.

Meanwhile in separate press meets BJP Andhra Pradesh officials spokes persons Sudheesh Rambhotla also condemned Balakrishna comments on Prime Minister. “If action was not taken against Balakrishna we will explore legal options,” he said.

Remove Anita from TTD board trustees
BJP senior leader Professor SV Sheshagiri Rao in a press release was objected appointing of Vishakhapatnam legislator V Anita as TTD Trust Board member and demanded for her removal. He said when Anita herself declared that she was belonging to other religion how can AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu appoint her as member for a holy Hindu temple and it is nothing but hurting the sentiments of the devotees he said.
