The four-month programme will include classroom sessions on weekends, practical experiments with mentors and also some day-long workshops in between.
TalentSprint also announced the release of Tia (Test Improvement Advisor), an artificial intelligence bot, to analyse skill gaps and performance challenges at an individual job seeker level, and recommend personalised learning paths to maximise outcomes and minimise time.
The company, which plans to train 1 million young people by 2020, has already provided training to one lakh people and 600 companies have hired from TalenSprint so far.
