Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy relaunched the modernised portal on Friday and directed the officials to keep a track of the grievances being addressed by the concerned departments.
He said the state also launched Jan Manch for the redressal of the public grievances. Over 35,000 grievances have been redressed in the Jan Manch.
The opposition members kept chanting: "We Want Select Committee" and "Dilution of RTI would not be accepted" in the house.
The agency has a total number of 1156 cases pending under investigation as per data of December 31, 2016 with 664 cases related to corruption.
