States asked to be prepared after IAF strikes in Pakistan


Hyderabad: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has alerted the Director Generals of Police (DGsP) in all States to take necessary safety measures in the wake of the strikes carried out by the Indian Air Force on terror camps in Pakistan in the early hours of Tuesday.

A communication to this effect was sent to the DGsP in all the States. The IB said some terror groups might forment trouble.

The IB also asked the States to take steps to prevent any untoward incidents and eventualities in the wake of Tuesday’s air strikes.
