Siddipet: Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Sandeep Kumar Sulthania, instructed the Panchayat Secretaries to conduct a survey at villages to identify all the properties and upload them in Dharani website.
The Principal Secretary and Collector P Venkatrami Reddy spoke to Mandal Panchayath Officers over a teleconference in Siddipet on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Sulthania said the State government had decided to document all the properties digitally apart from revenue lands and issue pattadar passbooks to them by uploading them on Dharabni website.
To help the government to complete the process early, the senior IAS officer has directed the Panchayat Raj department officials to complete the survey and uploading of properties in villages on a war footing. He also suggested them to sensitise the people on the importance of uploading their property details in Dharani website which would bring in transparency in maintaining the land records.
Sulthania visited Dornala village in Siddipet Rural mandal to examine the process of collection of property details by the Panchayat Secretary in Dornala.
During another meeting, the Principal Secretary instructed the district administration to complete the construction of Rythu Vedikas by October 10.
