The heartthrob of southern film industry, Sai Pallavi perceives “defeat” in a very different manner. While it is common for people to get disappointed when things go against them, the actor says she has a lot to learn from such incidents in life.
The heartbreak is natural sometimes. However, such incidents should be viewed in a very different manner, she says. No one could stop things that are ought to happen sometimes. So, it is better to learn new things when a person faces troubles in life, she feels. She says that one should get discouraged when something unexpected happened in life.
Sai Pallavi got closer to Telugu audiences with her eponymous role in Sekhar Kammula’s Fida. If not an actor, Sai Pallavi would have become a professional physician by now. But, her passion for acting landed her on the silver screen. She earned fame across south India with the movie Premam, which was a blockbuster hit in Malayalam.
Then on, she has earned a name ‘natural actor’. However, the movie in which she acted in Tamil could do well at the Tamil box office. Her previous movie Suriya starrer NGK did not make any noise and the Telugu movie Kanam (Diya in Tamil) with Naga Shaurya in the lead too, couldn’t make any difference. Maari 2 in which she paired with Dhanush turned out to be a decent watch.
In October, she was nominated for Green India Challenge by mega hero Varun Tej. Taking to her Twitter handle, the actor planted a sappling and wrote, “Thanx @IAmVarunTej for nominating me. The quality of air is deteriorating to a scary extent. We’ve been taking more than we give. We need to start now n one plant each,is a great place to begin. I nominate @Samanthaprabhu2 n @RanaDaggubati to carry this fwd. #GreenIndiachallenge.(sic)”
