Karimnagar youth enlightened on job opportunities in Army

Karimnagar: District administration conducted an awareness camp for unemployed youth about different types of jobs which would be available during Army recruitment rally to be held in Warangal in May, here on Tuesday.

Addressing the gathering Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed said the rally would help youth to get jobs and advised them to prepare by attending coaching classes.

Job aspirants who have registered with Vaaradhi society would also be given training by the district administation, he said. The Collector hoped that good number of people from the district would get selected during the recruitment rally.

He said youth having educational qualification right from Class VIII to Intermediate, BSc nursing, LLB, and Engineering were eligible to take part in the rally.

Army Recruitment Director Colonel Pavan Puri explained about different types of jobs available in Army. Regional Sainik Welfare Officer Lieutenant K Praveen Kumar, Vaaradhi society secretary Anjaneyulu and others participated in the camp. Unemployed youth from erstwhile Kariamngar district and various colleges participated in the programme.
