Hyderabad: C Parthasarathi, Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, said State government’s priority is to collect the comprehensive information of each farmer in the State and AEO would have to collect the details from each of the villages and registered in the tabs.
Principal Secretary of Agriculture Department held a video conference with the agricultural officers (AEO to DEO) at Secretariat on Saturday and issued some instructions. Parthasarathi gave instructions to the agricultural officials to conduct survey of the crops.
He instructed the officials to collect information about the farmers till end of the April and uploaded. He explained the 39 points proforma of farmers database and farmers proforma part A and part B has been divided, he said.
Farmers database should includes farmers education, crops which they grown, water facilities, agriculture mechanism and crop loans, he said and explained about the Rythu Beema, Rythu Bandhu and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana to the officials.
He said that accounts numbers of the farmers should be given throughout the State under the Rythu Bandhu scheme and granted cheque details should tally with the records, he told officials. Eligible farmers should get benefit under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana, he said.
