‘BJP wants to develop Telangana on all fronts’


Kothagudem/Khammam: Bharatiya Janata Party wants to develop Telangana on all fronts, Swami Paripoornananda said on Monday. Congress, TDP and TRS regimes had deceived people and neglected Telangana, he said during electioneering for BJP Kothagudem candidate B Prabhakar Reddy and Bhadrachalam candidate K Satyavathi.

Speaking to the media at Kothagudem, he said Khammam district has special significance in Telangana. The BJP would release a special manifesto towards the development of the erstwhile district.

So far the development was not on the expected lines in Khammam district as all the parties that ruled the state interested only in politics. The BJP party candidates would strive for development sans corruption, Paripoornananda pointed out.

He claimed that BJP would fight against poverty and to achieve that the state has to be freed from corruption. Describing Congress and TRS as a corrupt parties, he said people were looking towards BJP.

‘As a preacher of Bhagavad Gita I became close to the masses in the state. I do not want to confine to preaching alone. There is my need for the society and that is why I entered into electioneering in this elections to face the present political situation in the state’, he averred.

Because of people’s trust in the BJP, the party has fielded candidates in 119 seats, he added. He took part in road shows addressing public at Kothagudem and Bhadrachalam.
